Chef Thomas Chen, the young mastermind behind Eleven Madison Park who opened Tuome in 2014, creates playful dishes with American-Asian influences.

One of the most popular dishes, The Pig Out for Two, features artfully plated slices of Berkshire pork served with spicy peanut noodles and house-made condiments, a fiery lime sambal and a ginger scallion sauce. For the fickle-minded, Tuome offers a 3-course tasting menu, including dishes like Snow Crab Noodles with Dashi Butter and a Waygu Beef Tartare with Three Hour Yolk.
