Founded in 2002, Rag & Bone had one very clear vision in mind: to make clothes that they and their friends would love to wear every day. Beginning in Kentucky, it was only seven years later that they opened their flagship store in SoHo. Exposed brick and metal pipes give the space an industrial feel, but the worn wood underfoot, fresh cut flowers, bare mannequins, and antique typewriter call comfort to mind. The space reflects the aesthetic of the clothes hung on stark rolling racks separated by gender. Find stacks of coveted super soft minimally-treated denim and pima cotton tees. Gorgeous accessories are draped across tables and leather chairs near the fitting rooms, like printed neckties, knit gloves, and waxed-cotton duffels.
