Based on the Lotte Berk Method, Physique 57 takes strength training, cardio and a ballet barre and you have a 57 minute workout that dramatically y improves flexibility and endurance, while strengthening and sculpting your muscles. With classes from beginner to advanced, and a variety of options to suit every lifestyle, each class is structured to maximize every minute and move with unique choreography, invigorating music and motivating expert instructors. Make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes before class and wear comfortable workout clothing with full-coverage socks. Yes, you wear socks in class!
All of their New York City studios have beautiful, temperature-controlled exercise studios, full-service women’s and men’s locker rooms, towel service, bottled water, complimentary apples and Physique Boutiques, which carry their line of modern women’s fitness apparel with a full selection of merchandise. Can’t make it to the studio? Physique57 also has an “on demand” workout program so anyone can do their signature workouts, anywhere at any time. There’s also a two-for-one class special available to all new clients at the NYC locations.
Among the many classes offered, we love the Physique 57 Signature class and Mat 57, a more vigorous form of classic Pilates. If you’re in a time crunch, try Physique Express – it’s a 40 minute, brisk paced class that offers a condensed version of the full length class.
