Maison Kitsuné has opened its first NYC flagship location in the heart of Soho. The Paris-meets-Tokyo fashion brand and music label was founded back in 2002 by Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki. The two paired with renowned French designer, Mathieu Lehanneur, to transform the 1,400-square foot space into a sleek upscale shop. Staying true to the Kitsune aesthetic the interior is complete with white walls, marble accents, metal tubing from floor to ceiling & most importantly – a courtyard. They’ll be using the space to host a series of after-hours cocktail soirées and to showcase their new line New Yorkais – a collection of sweatshirts, T-shirts and tote bags all made in here, in New York City.
