Set in Marrakesh, Morocco, Academy Award and Golden Globe winner Sofia Coppola has directed a commercial for the Marni at H&M collection.
Featuring young British actress Imogen Poots, the commercial outlines the collection in real life as she sweeps through the Moroccan setting and sets eyes on a handsome stranger.
This highly anticipated collaboration helmed by Consuelo Castiglioni, will design a line that features Marni’s signature prints and and use of whimsical colors. The collection will be available at approximately 260 H&M stores worldwide, as well as online.
The latest Russian Vogue Magazine was also released this week featuring editorial pages with styled pieces from the collection.
Of the line, Castiglioni told Forbes Magazine “I wanted to create a true Marni wardrobe by revisiting all our favorite pieces in signature fabrics and prints. As always, I love juxtaposing prints and colors, mixing modern tribal with Bauhaus graphic adding sporty utilitarian elements.”
