PARTIES: MIDNIGHT MAGIC WITH JD SAMSON & DAS RACIST

On Saturday evening, 6 piece disco ensemble Midnight Magic, comprised of members of Hercules & Love Affair, had a ‘welcome home to NY party at the Tribeca Grand Hotel Church bar back room.

Performing an exclusive one-off show, complete with horns, flashing disco lights and the epic vocals of Tiffany Roth, Midnight Magic had the heaving crowd in a disco dancing frenzy.

Midnight Magic had two massive hits this last with the epic anthems “Beam Me Up” and “Drop Me A Line,” both of which feature regularly in DJ sets globally.

Following from the ecstatic haze of their performance, JD Samson (Le Tigre) took to the decks and kept bodies moving.

Enter Das Racist. At the Tribeca Grand to celebrate their 51 release, KOOL A.D., HEEMS & DAP brought along an entourage and picked up where Midnight Magic & JD Samson left off, keeping the Tribeca Grand jumping into the very late hours.
