Last night, guests and fans were treated to an exclusive event at the Tribeca Grand Hotel to celebrate 50 years of the Rolling Stones.
Held in conjunction with The Morrison Hotel Gallery, GrandLife supported an exhibition featuring a broad collection of images of The Rolling Stones throughout their career, paying tribute to their 50 years as a band.
The exhibit features photos of the iconic band as captured by a bevvy of talented photographers including Terry O’Neill, Michael Cooper, Henry Diltz, Barry Feinstein, Lynn Goldsmith, Bob Gruen, Michael Joseph, Andee Nathanson, Gered Mankowitz, and others.
Following the launch of the exhibition, a party in honor of the iconic band was held in the Church Bar at the Tribeca Grand Hotel. Featuring guests and photographers with work in the exhibition including Pam Hogg, Marcia Resnick, Aaron Lee Tasjan, Jamie Biden, GZA (W, Andre 3000, Hakan Wirenstrand (Little Dragon), Jasmine Poulton, Liz Vap, Petter Ericson Stakee (Alberta Cross), and Brian Ermanski.
Model and musician Jamie Burke (Delilah, Bloody Social), with fellow musician Aaron Lee Tasjan, treated the audience to a special performance of selected Stones tunes as well as performing his original material. The evening was a raging success, and the effervescent crowd gave a good nod to the Rolling Stones in their late-night partying efforts.
